If you are willing to put in the time and effort you can truly achieve great results. These 5 proven tips will help you on your way to achieve your ultimate goals. These true proven techniques will transform your body into a rock solid mass or a well defined machine.

How to build up Muscle-The 5 Secrets of the Pros!

1. Learn how to maximize your results according to your body type. Are you a "hard gainer" or can you pack on "muscle easily"? Building muscle is not easy and is achieved by applying the right mechanics and movements to a solid foundation. A simple diet and a proven lifting regimen will allow you to achieve success.

2. The most crucial aspect of How to build up Muscle is eating to maximize your growth. You can't just simply lift weights and expect to gain size. For most people eating every two hours will achieve great results (Learn what foods to eat and when). By increasing your daily calorie intake you can feed your muscles the right nutrients, such as A, B, C, D which will aid in building and repairing torn muscle fibers.

3. The next most important step is taking a daily multivitamin that allows you to recover and feed the damaged muscle tissue. This aspect is controversial among top bodybuilders but results will show that simple compound nutrients will help gain solid muscle size (ex. BCAA-helps conserve and limit protein breakdown during intense exercise, L-Glutamine help in nitrogen balance of the body). These and other nutrients and minerals are essential for maximizing growth and increasing strength.

4. The routine: How to build up Muscle, every routine you see varies, and the true test is establishing your own routine that will fit your body type. Many Bodybuilders will tell you that in order to effectively master the growth of new muscle tissue you have tear and repair. The only way to accomplish this is to "Lift Free Weights". Below is sample routine that all my trained athletes start out with.

Beginners: Start your workout schedule slow and learn the right movements and resistance for about four weeks. This will help condition your muscles for heavier resistance. Lift 4 days a week and do 4 sets of high reps (8-12) and start by training only one body part per day. This will lower the risk of injury from overtraining, as you lift heavier and harder your muscles need more time to repair themselves.

Experienced: Try mixing up your routines to achieve greater results. Start with low reps and heavy weights for about 1 month and then change it up to high reps and lower weights (Don't conform to the myth about low weight-this still builds large amounts of muscle and strength). If you want to get creative with your routine you can perform drop sets for compound movements. This type of routine will help tear and build muscle and increase your overall strength. The key to success is to avoid injury and maximize your results.

5. Eat protein! The more protein you get into your diet the bigger and stronger you will become. This powerful key element is the true scientific secret to maximizing your muscle growth. You should generally eat as much protein as you body weight, the formula the pros use is 1 gram of protein per pound/per day. This simple but proven trick is overlooked by many bodybuilders and beginners. Without a solid foundation you can't build your muscles to max size.

Note: you can take any supplement on the market and try to gain muscle mass but without a solid routine, and basic fundamentals, you will never learn How to build up Muscle or gain true solid muscle size.
